Despite that the book was published in 1974, both the idea and the graphic design of the book are very contemporary. Architect Ken Isaacs presents his vision of self-building in economical, ecological and highly aesthetic manner in a DIY way. He is very much font of the collective authorship including in the book himself, his friends, family and students who helped realizing the structures. In the book you can find instructions of how to build interior structures that combine all uses into an architectural super-furniture based on modules, as well as a variety of microhouses based very much on the same principle. Ken, you are a visionary!
Falling Waters.
There is thunder, storm and sounds calling His holy name. Is most, is His voice calling after those who surrender down unto his feet. He is my only strength and when I fall, Jesus fall over His knees to hold me up. Yes, He saved me and even when days look bad and tries to fall me back from His arms, He has and will ever win my life for Him.
Es Él aquel a quien podemos dar un aplauso y saber que, mediante incrementan las manos que alaban Su Presencia, exaltamos Su Poder y el Gran Amor que tiene con nosotros, sus hijos. Somos nosotros quien Él decidió utilizar para hacer sus obras, qué cuando nos encontramos en pruebas y, aparentemente, estamos solos, lo único que espera es que recordemos qué de Él es la batalla, qué de Él proviene la provisión, qué Él es nuestro buen pastor, qué nada nos va a faltar, y qué las cosas están mejor resueltas cuando Jesús tiene el control.
Cierra tus ojos, recuerda esa situación que tanto te duele, e invita a Jesús, pídele que te tome de tu mano, y experimenta sólo con él lo que viene por delante!
Confiando en Su Palabra, Él, el Dios del Universo, vive en nosotros y quiere que lo sepas.
